Orlando Shooting

An American-born man who’d pledged allegiance to ISIS gunned down 49 people early Sunday at a gay nightclub in Orlando, the deadliest mass shooting in the United States and the nation’s worst terror attack since 9/11, authorities said.

Omar Mateen called 911 during the attack to pledge allegiance to ISIS and mentioned the Boston Marathon bombers, according to a U.S. official.

Orlando police shot and killed Mateen.

Mateen carried an assault rifle and a pistol into the packed Pulse club about 2 a.m. Sunday and started shooting, killing 49 people and wounding at least 53, officials said.

“We know enough to say this was an act of terror and act of hate,” President Obama said in an address to the nation from the White House

And this is sad. We know that hate only comes from one person, the devil. So, when Omar Mateen was killed, unless he got saved at the last minute of his life, he went to Hell.

We shouldn’t be cruel to gays, lesbians, etc. They are sinners just like us, only their sin is easier to see. We need to share Jesus with them, and pray for them.

It is sad to think that 50 people could have gone to Hell that day. 😦

We need to be sharing Jesus, and praying for people’s souls, because you never know when someone might shoot up a place again.

Pray for the people who experienced this attack, and start sharing Jesus with more people. Ask God for more witnessing opportunities.

Because you never know if one of the people you witnessed too, might die the next day.

Will they go to be with Jesus because you shared with them how to get saved?

Romans 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

But how can people confess Jesus, if they haven’t heard of him?

And how can people hear of him, unless someone go tells them?

This is why it is so important to go tell others about Jesus Christ.

Mark 16:15  And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.’
